Allison is married to Alan Kierman and they have two children, Bond and Felicity. Allison has been involved at Congregation Beth Israel and the Chanen Preschool for the last 6 years. She has served on the Preschool Committee and is currently serving on the Religious School Committee.

In an effort to continue her personal development, Allison is studying for her Adult B’nai Mitzvah and is taking an Adult Hebrew language class.

Professionally, Allison is a lawyer and runs her own estate planning practice in North Scottsdale, where she focuses on guiding families through the trust and will process in a friendly and warm environment.
