Matt Ross was born in Sacramento, CA and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Public Service Emphasis from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has had a varied career in the Financial, Technology, Construction & Design Fields.  He is currently an active investor in a number of Entrepreneurial Ventures.

Matt moved to the Valley of the Sun in 2004 with his wife Amy and joined Congregation Beth Israel shortly after getting settled in his new home state.  Amy and Matt have one son, Ari, who started his schooling at Chanen Preschool, attended Camp Stein and completed his Bar Mitzvah at CBI.

Matt and his family enjoy traveling and spending time at their vacation home in Lake Tahoe Nevada.  They are also avid football fans and can be regularly seen at Cardinals games.  Go Cardinals!
